This report discusses events at the NSCR reactor at Texas A and M during the year 1968. Several modifications were made to the reactor and associated experimental facilities. There were a number of unplanned shutdowns. The reactor center carried out a very active research program and was used by personnel in the fields of activation analysis, oceanography, physics, chemistry, nuclear engineering, and veterinary medicine.
