This part, Part 1, of the hearing record covers four days of testimony by representatives of the Corps of Engineers (civil projects), Department of the Interior, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The hearings were held to review the budget requests and programs proposed by each of these agencies for 1983.
