Several polymers have been found which have high fluxes and the required selectivity to separate organic vapors from air. A composite membrane coating machine has been made and the best polymer materials have been formed into high performance membranes. The technology required to form these membranes into low-cost spiral wound membrane modules has been developed, and the first of these modules have been constructed and are now being evaluated.
