Six appendices are presented to a project with the objective to demonstrate the feasibility of financing mechanisms so that private financial institutions will have the incentive to actively market and promote energy efficiency investments. Information presened includes: interview results with commercial property owners/managers; memoranda and interview results with industrialists about their financing programs; interviews and memoranda with multifamily financing programmists; micellaneous financing programmers; interviews with local energy office personnel; and energy equipment manufacturers.
