Four appendices are presented to a project with the objective to demonstrate the feasibility of financing mechanisms so that private financial institutions will have the incentive to actively market and promote energy efficiency investments in the building sector. Materials presented in the appendices are: interviews with energy service companies; example of constracts and promotional literature for energy service companies; description of barriers to use of energy service companies; and a list of energy service firms.
