An expression is derived for the ponderomotive force in which the relativistic dependence of the electron mass on the electron velocity and the time variation of the rf wave amplitude are taken into account. The low-frequency behavior of a magnetized plasma subjected to such a ponderomotive force is analyzed. A closed system of hydrodynamic equations is written for cyclotron resonance, and nonlinear solutions of this system are found.
