An approach to maintaining qualification of Class-1E equipment in the mild environment

Journal Article · · IEEE Trans. Power Appar. Syst.; (United States)
In a paper presented at the February 1983 IEEE Winter Power Conference in New York, the authors presented a method of qualifying Class-1E equipment in the so-called ''mild environment'' (Vol. PAS-102, No. 8) WM017-1. This presentation discusses a method for surveillance and testing that may be used to maintain equipment qualification in the mild environment, which when used in conjunction with the aforementioned paper will provide the total concept.
