Synthesis of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-amino-N-(alkylmaleimido)-piperidyl-1-oxides (in Russian)

This study concerns the introduction of the maleimide fragment (a specific group for modifying thiol or amino groups in macromolecules) into 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-diaminoalkyl-piperidyl-1-oxide and the synthesis of maleimide spin labels in the piperidine series in which the maleimide group is separated from the spin-labeled fragment by 2,4, and 7 methylene groups.
