Journal Article · · Dokl. Phys. Chem. (Engl. Transl.); (United States)
OSTI ID:5794363

This research is devoted to an investigation of some sulfur-containing diradicals that are spin-labeled analogs of reagents used in the practice of flotation: 0-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) N-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) thionocarbamate, 0-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) N-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-N-methyl-thionocarbamate, 1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl p-(0-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)xanthantomercuri) benzoate, dithiobis (0-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)) thioformate (iminoxyl dixanthogenide), and bis(N-(1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-N-methylcarbamoyl) disulfide. In addition, they investigated complexes of copper(I) with spin-labeled xanthate and dithiocarbamate ligands that are diradicals and observed quintuplet EPR spectra.
