The US Materials Transportation Bureau incorporates changes into its hazardous-materials regulations, including the addition of the word ''flammable'' as part of the shipping name for the proposed entry ''Poisonous liquid or gas''. This final rule is effective as of 9/18/80. The description requirements for the transportation of dangerous substances by air, which would change the words ''Cargo-only aircraft'' to ''Cargo aircraft only'', will become effective on 7/1/83.
