Data are presented on the radioactivity due to fallout fission products in samples of air collected throughout North and Pan America during May 1964, samples of milk collected throughout the US and Canada during May 1964, and samples of surface waters and drinking waters collected throughout the US during March 1964. Data are included on the average per person dietary consumption and /sup 90/Sr intake of individuals living in New York, San Francisco, and Chicago during Nov. and Dec. 1963, and the environmental radioactivity during 1963 at Atomics International, Canoga Park, Calif., North Reactor Testing Station, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and the Pinellas Peninsula Plant, St. Petersburg, Fla. Three underground nuclear tests at the Nevada Test Site during August 1964 were announced. Separate abstracts were prepared for two sections of this report.
