Theory of the isotope effect in superconducting compounds: PdD and Mo/sub 6/Se/sub 8/

Journal Article · · Phys. Rev., Sect. B. Condens. Matter; (United States)
We propose a theoretical analysis of the isotope effect on the transition temperature of superconducting compounds. The isotope effects in Pd-D alloys and the binary Chevrel-phase Mo/sub 6/Se/sub 8/ are investigated as illustrative examples.
