The problem of determining the real parts of all the forward pp-scattering amplitudes directly from experiment is studied. It is shown that the use of measurements of certain polarization parameters at small t together with measurements of dsigma/dt permits the determination of these quantities. The experimental data at 330, 380, 497, and 572 MeV are analyzed and it is shown that the resulting values of the real parts of three forward scattering amplitudes are in complete agreement with the values calculated using the dispersion relations. We also consider the relation between mixed and hadronic aplitudes for energies up to 1 GeV.
