This book presents as a reference source a collection of the molecular spectra of a selected set of PAH and heterocyclic compounds. Since many of these compounds are known to be carcinogenic, their presence must be monitored regularly, but qualitative and quantitative analysis is complicated by the great number of species to be identified and determined. The systematic determination and collection of molecular spectra under standard conditions of a selected set of PAH and heterocyclic compounds, as presented in this book, will be of enormous value to scientists working in the field.
