The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Commonwealth Edison Company are co-sponsoring a program to study the feasibility of applying the Low Oxidation State Metal Ion (LOMI) process to the full system decontamination (FSD) of a BWR with the fuel removed. This report is the second in a series of six that is being produced which detail the results of that study. 44 refs., 24 figs., 8 tabs.
