Heat exchange in tube banks with l-shaped profiled fins

Results are presented of an investigation into the heat transfer, aerodynamic resistance and thermal contact resistance (TCR) of six-row staggered tube banks finned with coiled aluminum strip with a backwardcurved base rolled into longitudinal slits in the outer surface of the supporting steel tube.
