This included identifying the key groups and personnel involved in such relationships, establishing policies and procedures regarding work done with DOE and regulatory agencies, review of the needs of users, including product delivery scheduling and quality control, defining critical administrative and technical areas which need to be addressed, and obtaining concurrance on the priorities to be attached to the efforts needed to address the above concerns.
