The text of Federal Energy Administration (10 CFR Part 700) Rationing Contingency Plan is presented. A notice of intent to hold public hearings and receive written comments with respect to the proposed contingency gasoline and diesel fuel rationing regulations is presented. Any rationing contingency plan submitted to the Congress must be approved by each House of Congress.
