Cogeneration firms moving to full service, financing

A growing number of engineering firms and equipment suppliers to the cogeneration industry are beginning to offer full-service, single-source project development backed by funding from the financial community. This is the result of design and construction complexities, as well as an increasing reluctance by users to invest company funds or to borrow money to build such systems. Equally compelling is users' primary interest in the product they are selling. Single-source providers are spurred by a general belief that the cogeneration field will grow over the next 10 to 20 years.
