Cost-estimating procedures are presented for air pollution control systems. The four basic types of collectors (cyclones, baghouses, wet scrubbers, electrostatic precipitators) are discussed. Tabulated data, graphs, charts, diagrams, and examples will aid in preparing cost estimates of air pollution control and industrial exhaust ventilation projects. 4 references, 9 figures, 14 tables.
