We study the sensitivity of a 500 GeV e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} linear collider to CP violating anomalous couplings. We find that with 50fb{sup {minus}1}, and taking only one non-zero coupling at a time, the process e{sup +}e{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}W{sup +}W{sup {minus}} can be used to place the 95{percent} confidence level bounds {vert_bar}{tilde {kappa}}{sub {gamma}}{vert_bar}{le}0.1, {vert_bar}{tilde {kappa}}{sub Z}{vert_bar}{le}0.1 and {vert_bar}g{sub 4}{sup Z}{vert_bar}{le}0.1 from CP even observables. By studying certain distributions in the process e{sup +}e{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}}{nu}{bar {nu}} one of the bounds can be improved to {vert_bar}g{sub 4}{sup Z}{vert_bar}{le}0.06. This process also allows the construction of a CP odd observable which can be used to place bounds on CP violating new physics. At the 95{percent} confidence level we find {vert_bar}{tilde {kappa}}{sub {gamma}}{vert_bar}{le}0.3, {vert_bar}{tilde {kappa}}{sub Z}{vert_bar}{le}0.2 and a much weaker bound for {vert_bar}g{sub 4}{sup Z}{vert_bar}. {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
