This US Environmental Protection Agency notice proposes to approve revisions to the West Virginia SIP, such as the amended regulations for the control of volatile organic compound emissions by requiring the installation of floating roofs in gasoline storage tanks; the installation of vapor recovery or other type control system on bulk gasoline terminals; and the installation of pollution control equipment for vacuum producing systems, process unit turnarounds, and wastewater separators in oil refineries.
