In this document, the State of Louisiana presents a State Energy Conservation Plan prepared to meet DOE guidelines for participation in the energy conservation legislation under US Public Law 94-163. It includes the Base Plan as defined by DOE and exceeds the minimum goal of a 5% reduction in the projected 1980 energy consumption.
