H.R. 1216 is a bill to provide federal assistance and leadership to a program of research, development, and demonstration of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies and for other purposes. Topics include solar buildings, photovoltaics, solar thermal technology, biofuels, wind energy, ocean energy, geothermal energy, energy storage and technology transfer.
