This report presents the final evaluation results for two pilot direct load control (DLC) programs which are being implemented in the Puget Sound region; one in the service territory of Seattle City Light (the Peak Energy Program) and the other in the service territory of Snohomish County Public Utility District (the Peak Savers Program.) Both of these programs are being conducted in order to determine the transmission and distribution benefits of targeted, residential DLC. This report presents load impact results estimated using metered and disaggregated end-use load data. In addition, this report presents the final market evaluation results for both programs and the process evaluation results for Seattle City Light`s Peak Energy Program.
