Two-body nonleptonic weak decays of charm and bottom mesons

Two-body hadronic pseudoscalar and vector PP, PV, and VV weak decays of charm and bottom mesons are systematically investigated. The ..pi..P charm modes are predicted to be of order 2%, in agreement with experiment, and the ..pi..P bottom modes are of order 0.5%, consistent with expectation.
