Elastic and inclusive analyzing power of deuterium for 0. 8 GeV protons

Measurements are reported of the analyzing power of deuterium for 0.8 GeV polarized protons covering the inclusive region up to and including elastic p-d scattering for both forward and backward emitted protons.
