A study was made of catalytic activity and selectivity of NaX zeolites with a variable content of Ni/sup 2 +/ ions and NiO-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/-SiO/sub 2/ type catalysts with different Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ content in propylene conversion. Maximum catalytic activity is found in NiX (30%) (liquid product yield being 86%) and a NiO-SiO/sub 2//sup -/ Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ catalyst containing 2% of Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/.
