Consideration is given to the application of optical processing to adaptive phased array radar, acoustooptic joint transform correlator as applied to spread spectrum communications, and real-time optical processing of a frequency hopped spread spectrum signal. Other topics include an acoustooptic pulse-Doppler processor, optical matrix-vector processing for computational fluid dynamics, and a hybrid optoelectronic nonlinear algebra processor.
