Automatic invisible axion with fractionally charged particles

An SU(7) grand unification model with fractionally charged particles is constructed. A global U(1) Peccei-Quinn symmetry is automatically embedded in this model. Furthermore, our model satisfies the cosmological bound with axion decay constant 10/sup 9/ GeV.
