Results of the analysis of forward-produced (1.95 < {vert bar} {eta} {vert bar} < 2.80) muons from {bar p}p collisions at {radical}s = 1.8 TeV are presented. The data sample was collected during the 1987 run of the CDF detector at the Fermilab Tevatron collider and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 0.80 nb{sup {minus}1}. The inclusive forward muon p{sub T} spectrum is measured and compared to backgrounds. Several muon + jet events, consistent with the weak decay of the bottom quark, were found. In addition, from a larger data sample of 24.2 nb{sup {minus}1}, a candidate event for the first observation at {radical}s = 1.8 TeV of the process Z{degree} {yields} {mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}} was discovered, where Z{degree} is the uncharged mediator of the weak interaction.
