Compact radio source 41. 9+58 in M82 as a young plerion

The compact radio source 41.9+58 located near the center of the galaxy M82 is evidently a young plerion, about 30 yr old, consonant with the author's earlier hypothesis regarding the nature of the radio emission of type II supernovae.
