Domestic natural gas reserves and production dedicated to interstate pipeline companies, 1982

A preliminary compilation of information reported by interstate natural gas pipeline companies to the Energy Information Administration (EIA) on FERC Form 15, Interstate Pipeline's Annual Report of Gas Supply, indicates that domestic natural gas reserves dedicated to the interstate market at the end of 1982 were 98.7 trillion cubic feet (Tcf), an increase of 0.4 percent from the 98.3 Tcf at the end of 1981. EIA's preliminary compilation indicates that the volume of natural gas produced from dedicated reserves in 1982 totaled 10.9 Tcf, a decrease of 8.9 percent from the 12.0 Tcf produced during 1981.
