Conference · · AIP Conf. Proc.; (United States)
OSTI ID:5854314
An experiment on neutrinoless double beta decay of /sup 76/Ge to the ground and first excited state of /sup 76/Se is in progress in the Mont Blanc Laboratory at a depth of approx.5000 m w.e. of rock. A measurement of more than 6800 hours allows to set limit of approx.5.10/sup 22/ yrs (1sigma) and 4.5 10/sup 21/ yrs (1sigma) respectively on O/sup +/..-->..O/sup +/ and O/sup +/..-->..2/sup +/ neutrinoless ..beta beta.. transitions of /sup 76/Ge to /sup 76/Se/sub g.s/ and /sup 76/Se(2/sup +/,559 keV).
