Effect of antimony and bismuth on the electrophysical properties of PbIn/sub 2/Se/sub 4/

Journal Article · · Inorg. Mater. (Engl. Transl.); (United States)
OSTI ID:5852776
The authors report measurement of the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity and thermo-emf of PbIn/sub 2/Se/sub 4/ with additions of Sb and Bi from room temperature to 900/sup 0/K. The conductivity of polycrystalline samples cast and annealed at 700/sup 0/K was measured. It is shown that the electrophysical properties of PbIn/sub 2/Se/sub 4/ solutions can be modified over a wide temperature range by addition of Sb and Bi.
