Data on the structure and nature of the peculiar galaxy NGC 1275 have been obtained. Spectra of two features and the gas near the nucleus of NGC 1275 have been investigated. The spectroscopic data were obtained with an image-tube spectrograph attached to the 6-m telescope. The absorption spectrum of the feature to the northeast of the nucleus of NGC 1275 at a distance of about 7 arcsec corresponds to the spectrum of a system having a radial velocity of +5400 km/sec relative to the nucleus of NGC 1275. The emission spectrum of this feature contains H and O lines with multicomponent structure. The brightest components of these lines have radial velocities of the order of -700, +600, +3000, and +4900 km/sec with respect to the nucleus of NGC 1275. It is suggested that the investigated feature is the nucleus of a late-type spiral galaxy discovered by Minkowski (1957) in the NGC 1275 system.
