High-level neutron coincidence counter (HLNCC): users' manual
This manual describes the portable High-Level Neutron Coincidence Counter (HLNCC) developed at the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory (LASL) for the assay of plutonium, particularly by inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The counter is designed for the measurement of the effective /sup 240/Pu mass in plutonium samples which may have a high plutonium content.
