This invention relates to an improved combustor liner for a gas turbine power plant. The liner is constructed from a plurality of louvers that include a lip and cooling means for defining a cooling film of air flow adjacent the liner. Means are provided for preventing lip closure which in turn is detrimental to film cooling.
