It begins on page 1003 with the April 5th, 1983 testimony on Kentucky projects by representatives of that state. Their testimony is followed by that of witnesses speaking for the Upper Colorado River Commission, the Arkansas basin, and numerous projects around the country. This portion of the record concludes with testimony relating to the nuclear fuels industry and nuclear plant construction.
