Part 2 of the hearing record covers testimony given by the Corps of Engineers on the Lower Mississippi Valley, Southwestern, North Pacific, South Pacific, and Pacific Ocean Divisions, and by the Delaware and Susquehanna River Basin Commissions and the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin.
