GRI's 1986 Annual Report presents financial information and briefly describes 19 of more than 35 GRI technologies that have entered commercial use. It also provides information on new technologies to enhance the value of natural gas to end-users such as reducing the cost of finding and producing natural gas from underutilized sources like formations, coal seams, and watered out reservoirs; helping the pipeline and distribution companies reduce the cost of transporting, storing, and delivering natural gas to the end-user; improving the performance of gas end-use equipment; and introducing new equipment that provides least-cost energy.
