Cross sections for the reaction [ital p[bar p]][r arrow][ital e][sup +][ital e][sup [minus]] have been measured at [ital s]=8.9, 12.4, and 13.0 [ital GeV][sup 2]. The cross sections have been analyzed to obtain proton electromagnetic form factors in the time-like region.
