Energy management assistance for small and medium-size manufacturers: An evaluation of EADCs' performance in manufacturing plants, 1986-1987

Small and medium-size manufacturers served by the Energy Analysis and Diagnostic Center (EADC) program are interviewed periodically to reveal how well the EADCs carried out their responsibilities. These structured interviews enable the engineering staff who manage the program to learn how well the EADCs did their work in these plants and how effectively they reported the results. This report presents the results of interviews conducted during the 1986-87 program period at the plants of 175 manufacturers served by nine EADCs located between New England and Colorado.
