Can supersymmetry particles fake the top-quark signal

It has been suggested that qq production followed by decays q..-->..qomega-tilde (with omega-tilde..-->..enu-tilde,e..nu..) and q..-->..qgamma-tilde might fake the top-quark signal in e+2-jet events from W..-->..tb-bar production (with t..-->..e..nu..b) at the CERN pp-bar collider. We exclude this supersymmetry possibility; it does not reproduce the full set of narrow peaked distributions characteristic of the W..-->..tb-bar signal. The UA1 data favor the W..-->..tb-bar interpretation over this supersymmetry mechanism.
