Supersymmetry and electron + missing p/sub T/+ jet events

A supersymmetric-particle mass hierarchy q(40 GeV)>omega-tilde>l(23 GeV) leads to e+p/sub T/+jet events from qq production with q..-->..(gamma-tilde,omega-tilde)q and omega-tilde..-->..e..nu..,enu-tilde decays; in general the electron will be isolated from the jet. We evaluate the characteristics of this signal and compare it with backgrounds from W-decay sources and tt-bar production.
