Injection controlled operation of a broadband excimer laser

This paper reports on a semi-empirical model of an injection-controlled XeF(C ..-->.. A) excimer laser. Calculated results are compared with experimental data on injection timing, injection gain, and cavity magnification for an unstable resonator geometry.
