Mineral revenues: the 1982 report on receipts from Federal and Indian leases with summary data from 1920 to 1982

In 1982, bonuses, rents, and royalties from Federal and Indian leases together totaled $9.3 billion. These revenues were distributed to the states, to the general fund of the Treasury, to certain earmarked accounts, and to Indian tribes and allottees. This annual report contains updated tabulations of royalty collections from mineral leases on Federal offshore and onshore lands and on Indian lands. Oil royalties taken in kind are also detailed. 10 figures, 25 tables. (ACR)
