The new CLEO measurement [ital B]([ital b][r arrow][ital s][gamma])[lt]5.4[times]10[sup [minus]4] puts severe constraints on the parameters of the two-Higgs-doublet model. We find that [ital m][sub [ital H]][sup +][gt]320 GeV (540 GeV) for [ital m][sub [ital t]]=120 GeV (150 GeV). This new measurement implies that the planned rare kaon decay experiments will be insensitive to the charged Higgs boson.
