The methods cover general procedures for the analysis of radioisotopes. For each individual radioisotope, one or more of the following methods may apply: heavy metals spot test; gross beta particle count; aluminum absorption curve; determination of gamma ray impurities with NaI(Tl) detectors; determination of gamma ray impurities with germanium detectors; free acid; total solids; and nonvolatile materials.
