Angular distributions and analyzing powers for /sup 7/Li(p,p)/sup 7/Li have been measured from E/sub p/ = 1.9 MeV to E/sub p/ = 2.6 MeV. The measured data were fit with a set of phase shift parameters having l less than or equal to 2. The resulting phases were used to predict the depolarization. Based on the measured values of A/sub y/ and the prediction of D, it is proposed that a sensitive test for time reversal invariance violation via the Polarization-Analyzing Power theorem could be done in /sup 7/Li(p,p)/sup 7/Li with the most favored test corresponding to E/sub p/ approx. = 2.0 to 2.1 MeV and theta/sub lab/ approx. = 60/sup 0/ to 150/sup 0/.
